The 5th of June, Arrels organized the third Barcelona Connections Week focused on learning more about the people who sleep on the streets, framed in The European End Street Homelessness Campaign led by World Habitat. We spoke with 315 people and we knew that 71% of them were suffering a situation of high or medium degree of vulnerability. The 59.8% of people were sleeping on the street for one year or more. The 41% said they had physical health problems and the 46% thought that they had not been attended by any social worker or similar in the last six months.
