During 2023, we reached out to 3,290 homeless people. This is the highest figure we’ve seen in all our years of service and it highlights the need for our city to organize more resources and activate better prevention strategies. More than 2,700 people came to our day
centre to look for shelter, protection and basic assistance; and our street teams made regular visits to a total of 796 people sleeping rough.
